What are our trading hours?

Our online store is always open.

Santa’s Warehouse is situated at no 5 Graham Road, Shere (near Silver Lakes Golf Estate) Pretoria.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders confirmed and paid for cannot be cancelled. A refund can be requested by sending an email to info@santaswarehouse.co.za.

Can I change my order once I have paid for it?

No, orders cannot be changed once payment has been processed.

Can I see my previous orders?

Yes, you can view and print all orders placed here.

Can I change my account password?

Yes, any details, including your password, can be modified by clicking on the “Account” button.

How can I pay for my order?

Payments can be made by debit or credit card via PayGate or by EFT.

We offer secure credit card facilities. Visa and Master cards are accepted.

When paying with an EFT or making a bank deposit, please take note of the following:

  • Please allow a clearance of two workings days for EFT and cash deposits.
  • Proof of payment must be e-mailed to admin@santaswarehouse.co.za

Will I receive a payment notification?

You will receive a payment notification via email.

What are my local delivery options and how much will it cost?

You are welcome to arrange your own collection or make use of your own courier services. Please note, that we will only be able to advise on the size and weight of your parcel once we have received your cleared funds.

The order number on your confirmation advice must be communicated to our Dispatch Department when the goods are collected by yourself or the courier service.

When selecting Santa’s Warehouse courier services, the following applies:

Orders less than R2500 a flat rate of R250 plus vat will apply.

Orders above R2500, will receive free shipping Nationwide.

This courier option is not available for cross-border deliveries. For exports, please contact info@santaswarehouse.co.za.

When will my order be delivered?
  • Delivery will take place between three to five working days after receipt of the cleared funds.
  • During our peak season (October , November and December), delivery may take a bit longer.
  • Please remember that no courier services are available over weekends and public holidays.
Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?

No, if there is a change in the delivery address, please contact us immediately after placing the order to make alternative delivery arrangements, otherwise the goods will be delivered to the address on the order.

What is the policy regarding returns?

Goods are to be returned within seven calendar days of the date of purchase in their original packaging and invoice. Read more here.

How do I log a return?

Will I be notified when my return is processed?

Yes. We will keep you posted.

Can I exchange a product once I have received my delivery?

Yes, however, the courier fee is for your own account.

Can I be refunded in cash?

Unfortunately, we do not allow cash refunds. Goods will be replaced with products to the same value.

What happens if I receive a faulty-product?

If the incorrect or a faulty product is reported within seven days from receipt of an order, the product will gladly be exchanged at no extra cost.
