Our online store is always open.

Santa’s Warehouse is situated at no 5 Graham Road, Shere (near Silver Lakes Golf Estate) Pretoria.

January: We open when the school starts in the new year

February to September: Monday to Friday: 08:30 to 16:30
Saturday: 09:00 to 13:00
Sunday: Closed

October to 24 December: Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:00
Saturday: 09:00 to 14:00
Sunday: 09:00 to 13:00

HOW DO I PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER?

PAYMENTS OPTIONS

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
Payments can be made by debit or credit card via PayGate or by EFT.

We offer secure credit card facilities. Visa and Master cards are accepted.

When paying with an EFT or making a bank deposit, please take note of the following:
  • Please allow a clearance of two workings days for EFT and cash deposits.
  • Proof of payment must be e-mailed to admin@santaswarehouse.co.za

WILL I RECEIVE A PAYMENT NOTIFICATION?

DELIVERIES

WHAT ARE MY LOCAL DELIVERY OPTIONS AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
  • You are welcome to arrange your own collection or make use of your own courier services. Please note, that we will only be able to advise on the size and weight of your parcel once we have received your cleared funds.
  • The order number on your confirmation advice must be communicated to our Dispatch Department when the goods are collected by yourself or the courier service.
  • When selecting Santa’s Warehouse courier services, the following applies:
  • Orders less than R2500 a flat rate of R250 plus vat will apply.
  • Orders above R2500, courier charges will be calculated at a 10% rate of the value of the order
  • This courier option is not available for cross-border deliveries. For exports, please contact info@santaswarehouse.co.za.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

WHAT IS THE POLICY REGARDING RETURNS?
Goods are to be returned within seven calendar days of the date of purchase in their original packaging and invoice.
HOW DO I LOG A RETURN?
WILL I BE NOTIFIED WHEN MY RETURN HAS BEEN PROCESSED?
CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT AFTER I HAVE RECEIVED MY DELIVERY?
